Sjundeå if was one of 16 clubs from Finland that had teams playing during Viking cup 2020. They participated with two teams in Boys 06 (P2006) and Girls 06 (F/T2006) respectively. The team in Boys 06 (P2006) made it to the the Pronssiottelu in Slutspel Aand won it over HIFK White by 11-7.
In addition to this, Sjundeå if have participated in Viking cup before. During Viking cup 2019, Sjundeå had one team playing in Girls 06 (F/T2006). The team in Girls 06 (F/T2006) made it to the the Pronssiottelu in Slutspel A, but lost it against Ekenäs IF by 3-4. Sjundeå comes from Siuntio which lies approximately 110 km from Pargas, where Viking cup takes place. The area around Siuntio does also provide five additional clubs participating during Viking cup 2020 (HIFK Damhandboll, Dicken, SIF, GrIFK or Bk-46).
